ABOUT COATING:
HSS Dmo5 Circular Saw Blade can be coated (PVD or Vapo coating) to improve the performance, increase the life and lowing the cutting time. The most common PVD coating is TiN, TiCN, AlTiN, VAPO COATING )
AlTiN COATING
Suitable for stainless steels, materials with high tensile strength and abrasive materials such as cast iron, silicon aluminum alloys, brass and copper. Due to its low friction coefficient this coating is also suitable for dry-cutting at relatively high cutting speeds
TICN COATING
This is a multi-layer coating with a low friction coefficient that offers an excellent finish at very high cutting and feed rates. It can be used for hard steels (800 1000 N/mm2), for copper and brass alloys and for extremely abrasive materials where the phenomenon of "chip welding" can be a problem.
TIN COATING
Titanium Nitride Coating, it's an excellent PVD coating for protecting saw blade from wear. It is a good choice for iron based materials and cutting condition's requiring resistance to both abrasive and adhesive wear.
VAPO COATING
Vaporized circular saw blade have a surface treatment by applying oxide coating by system. The special advantage are sliding ability and increased absorptive capability for reception of the colling liquid and avoiding the sticking up the material
